At Bootspace we aim to get your boots to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail tracked services.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking All orders are sent with tracking. Once dispatched you will receive your tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the Royal Mail website.
Delays Bootspace is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs. International orders may be subject to customs checks which can cause additional delays outside of our control.
Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us via Instagram @bootspace_uk within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
